About the CTE Building

Our current facilities limit the depth and quality of hands-on learning as our spaces have not kept pace with the needs of modern career technical education. This prevents students from fully experiencing industry-level environments and safety standards essential for career readiness.

Current Facility Needs:

  • Farm to Table classroom is housed in an outdated home economics room not designed for modern culinary instruction

  • Lack of proper ventilation, limiting cooking methods, creativity, and safe food preparation

  • Small cooking stations, creating safety concerns for larger group labs and collaborative instruction

  • No dedicated, purpose-built spaces for Child Development programs

  • No dedicated spaces for Veterinary Science programs

  • Limited flexibility to simulate real-world, industry-standard learning environments across pathways.

  • No dedicated space for Child Development
